Yes, as a service user or a registered service provider, your details are stored safe and securely. They will not be shared with another third party.
Q) Is Nannyez free?
Yes, you can register as a service user or provider for free.
Q) I have found a service provider I am interested in, how do I make contact?
Use the online communication system to send them an introductory message.
Q) How much do service providers charge for services?
Each registered service provider is free to set their own rates. You will find details of their hourly rate on each service provider’s profile.
Q) What areas do your registered service providers cover?
We are a global service, service providers and users from around the world are welcome to use our directory.
Q) How do I search for a service?
Within the search area select your desired criteria, based on the type of care, tutoring or housekeeping you need. Add your location, then a search result will be returned to you.
Q) Do you offer care for service users with special care needs?
Yes! Of course, we have plenty of experienced carers and tutors.
Q) I want to post a job, what should I include?
You should aim to let potential respondents from our directory know as much detail as possible. The kind of care, tutoring or housekeeping you are looking for, the hours, days, location and rate of pay.
Q) Does my nanny need to live in?
Most nannies do. However, if you would rather your nanny did not, discuss your requirements with them.
Q) I made contact with a service provider/employer, they have not responded.
Do give them time to respond, if your need is urgent follow up with a polite email to reconfirm your interest in them. Keep searching the database, just in case your service provider is not available and for other employers to reach out to.
Q) I need my usual service provider outside of their normal working hours, is this okay?
You’ll need to confirm this with your service provider, it is their discretion whether they will work overtime or outside of their usual hours. However, if they are unavailable search the directory to see if you can find a service provider who is free as an alternative.

Q) I will be late home to take over from my carer, will I need to pay extra?
It is highly recommended that you try to stick to agreed times to your carer’s working hours finish. Should an event outside of your control mean you will be late, it is strongly advised that you do compensation the service provider for their additional time.
Q) I would like to register with Nannyez as a service provider, but my experience has been through volunteering is this okay?
Unpaid volunteering work is welcomed and valuable experience. Please ensure that whoever you volunteered your services to is happy to provide you with a reference.
